Built Since 2023 - Focused, Not Famous

Sannidhi Homes was founded in 2023 with one clear belief: a home should be designed around how people actually live, not built from a generic template.

We are a young company, and we are proud of that. Our first project, Sannidhi Eco Homes on Hosur Bagalur Road, is being built on 2.25 acres with 20+ amenities, RERA approval, and design details such as skylight ventilation, private courtyards, and rooftop gardens. We are three locations in, one project underway, and just getting started.
